Welcome to House of D Games (HOD), a community-driven DayZ server. By accessing and using our servers, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully.

Site Utilization

The HOD name and logo, along with all related names, logos, product and server names, designs, and slogans, are trademarks of HOD. These marks may not be used without prior written authorization from HOD.

The Site and servers are provided on an “as is” basis without any warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Liability
